DUNC'S EBLUE MOOD
Dunc's anger as mum sells out
FORMER Blue star Duncan James was mortified last night after 3am discovered his mother has been flogging personal items from his days with the band on eBay.
Blue tour passes, a belt, a framed photo of Dunc and sticker books are just some of the belongings the singer's cheeky mum has taken to brazenly selling on the auction website to get extra cash.
So far this year Fiona Inglis, 47, has peddled 78 items, which also include signed copies of the book she wrote last year about raising 26-year-old Duncan - who is currently recording his solo album - called Just The Two Of Us.
A friend of the singer said yesterday: "Duncan is not happy with his mother. It's very embarrassing.
"She seems completely unrepentant, though. Duncan has had words but she doesn't seem to see the problem with selling his stuff.
"She sells other items, but to sell signed belongings, including backstage passes for old Blue tours, is mortifying for Duncan. She gets people to send payment to her as F. Inglis. She's been selling on ebay since April 2003 and has been doing a very brisk trade.
"She's never had a complaint from buyers either who are all big Blue fans."
Dunc's mum, who goes by the name fiona203 on eBay, has sold a Versace belt worn by Duncan for £31, a programme and sticker book from the band's 2005 tour signed by Duncan and Anthony at £111.99, a signed photo of Duncan in a chrome frame for £72 and four backstage passes for Blue concerts and Duncan's TV appearances at £52.51 each.
A spokesman for the former Blue star told us: "Duncan was aware his mother was selling her book on eBay as it's not available in the shops anymore.
"But he was not aware she was selling other items and he has asked her to stop immediately."
Fiona is currently selling a signed copy of her book for £19.99 on the site.
There are no bids and the auction ends tomorrow at 6.10pm!
Let's hope Duncan isn't left feeling too blue about his mother's antics...
